Media personality Jackie Matubia finally addressed the pressing issue on fans' minds: how she keeps her daughters' beautiful, long, silky hair.

In a recent post, Matubia revealed that although she never shaves her children's hair, she starts a moisturising and detangling ritual by carefully trimming it as early as two months old.
She said:
"I get a lot of questions about my kids' hair... So let me just say it out here... No, I don’t shave my kids' hair! All I used to do is trim 'nywele ya tumbo' and I start using a detangler and moisturising the hair from like two months, and it's because my kids' hair grows very fast."
She underlined the need for water and mild care and mentioned that her children's hair grows quickly.
The actress said that she and her eldest daughter Zari had inherited her mother's hair, while her youngest daughter Zendaya took after her great-grandmother's hair.
"I took my mother's hair type, Zari took my hair type, Zendaya took my great-grandmother's hair type. Genes so strong juu baba zao hawana nywele. I am grateful am raising queens I wouldn’t want it any other way."
Fans have flooded her comments, anxious to learn the precise items she uses to achieve such amazing results.
Her method emphasises the need for early hair care, regular moisturising, and preventive styling, even though she has not mentioned exact brands she uses.
Many parents trying to grow their children's natural hair have set Matubia's daughters as hair aspirations.
Her openness motivates others to adopt good hair habits at an early age.
