90 Day Fiancé star made a candid confession about her sex life when visiting a wet sauna with friend and fellow TLC personality .

Liz, 33, and Kim, 54, visited the San Diego-based spa that Kim managed during the Monday, May 19, episode of 90 Day Diaries. As they approached the wet sauna, Liz joked to viewers that she had “done some things in the wet sauna before.”

“The sauna sexcapade story was with Ed,” the mom of one told the cameras. “And it was a couple hours, long story short, it ended with a UTI.”

Liz is best known for her tumultuous relationship with , which unfolded across multiple seasons of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. The couple first went public with their relationship on 90 Day: The Single Life season 1 in 2021, getting engaged that November. Despite a rollercoaster of breakups and reconciliations, their on-again, off-again romance came to a definitive end during 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8, after they called off their planned August 2023 wedding.

Less than a year later, Liz went public with her new boyfriend, , in May 2024.

Earlier in the 90 Day Diaries episode, fans watched as Liz discussed with Kim and the possibility of moving in with her boyfriend as he got restationed to another post in Washington.

“This is the happiest I’ve been in years, and right now I don’t even know if it’s going to work out anymore,” the San Diego native told her friends.

However, her friends remained skeptical and encouraged her to think carefully before making a decision.

“I think Liz moving all the way to Washington with Jayson is a little too soon,” Kim said in a solo confessional. “I really don’t want her to rush into another bad situation where she has to come back to San Diego with her tail between her legs.”

After the episode aired, Liz shared that she had been holding off on making two major announcements: her relationship with Jayson had ended, and she had been diagnosed with stomach cancer.

“90 Day Diaries has finally aired. 1st. Yes, I am living my best dating life. However, I am taking this time to truly work on myself,” she wrote in a lengthy Instagram Story on Tuesday, May 20. The TLC personality explained that she “decided to part ways” with Jayson in December 2024 and moved out on her own recently.

“I can confirm the rumors of cancer. I have it in my stomach and it’s been a long exhausting year. I’m extremely tired all the time but have never been more focused on my health,” she continued. “I make sure to surround myself with healthy friendships. I’m so focused on my daughter and what’s best for us.”

Liz first hinted at her cancer diagnosis in December 2024 after casually revealing that she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment. At the time, she did not disclose what those treatments were for.
