Jenelle Evans' Plastic Surgery Plans and Body Goals Amid Divorce | In Touch Weekly
is in full glow-up mode and she’s setting the record straight on her plastic surgery plans and post-divorce body goals.
“I think in the future, I might get my breasts redone eventually,” Jenelle, 33, tells In Touch exclusively, “But I mean, that’s really it. I’d like to go to the gym more and work out and try to get my goal body based on working out rather than getting plastic surgery.”
That mindset marks a major shift for Jenelle, who in the past has been candid about undergoing a breast augmentation in 2012 and a septoplasty in 2018 at age 26 to correct a deviated septum and improve her breathing.
In the past, she’s also expressed interest in getting a chin augmentation, admitting she felt her chin was “too pointy,” though she ultimately decided against the procedure.
The Teen Mom 2 alum has now entered a new chapter of her life since separating from her estranged husband, , and she’s making it clear that this era is all about self-love, strength and reclaiming control of her body and her peace.
“I’ve signed up for the gym,” she shares. “I’ve been going there regularly. I go to yoga classes. My kids, they’ve signed up for extracurricular activities like karate and gymnastics. So, we’ve been keeping very busy.”

Jenelle describes the end of her marriage as a “reset button” and a chance to rebuild everything from the ground up, but this time with more structure, intention and peace.
In her previous relationship, which was riddled with controversy and emotional turbulence, Jenelle often faced public criticism and instability.
But since moving to Las Vegas earlier this year and filing for divorce, she says she’s finally found room to breathe and her anxiety has noticeably decreased.
As In Touch previously reported, Jenelle recently filed for an “absolute divorce” after seeking a legal separation in February 2024.
“I feel like we’re not walking on eggshells anymore,” Jenelle explains, “Now we’re able to focus more on each other as a family. Everything’s more structured. And honestly, it just feels like we can breathe again.”
To mark this new beginning, Jenelle is hosting an official divorce party at Spearmint Rhino on June 12 in New York City. The event titled, “I Do, I Did, I’m Done” isn’t just a party, but a celebration of the next chapter of her life.

“I’ve learned a lot about self-worth,” she says. “And I’m not looking back. I’m taking care of myself, my kids, and building a future we can all be proud of.”
Known for her honesty whether on reality TV or social media, Jenelle has always been open about her life’s highs and lows. Now, she’s showing what it looks like to rise after heartbreak.
“I’m still working on myself. But I feel strong again,” she adds. “And I think that’s the most important glow-up of all.”
