Infytel, Netcore Empower Professionals with AI marketing automation skills
The workshop, which held in Lagos, recently, brought together a diverse group of marketing leaders, IT professionals, and digital transformation experts from major institutions including UBA, Access Bank, First Bank, Unity Bank, Sterling Bank, FCMB, Polaris Bank, Fidelity Bank, Wema Bank, Keystone Bank, Wakanow, Opay, Carbon, Coronation, and several others.
At the core of the training was Netcore’s Smartech platform, an AI-based marketing automation suite that helps organisations deliver personalised, timely, and intelligent communication across multiple digital channels.
Participants were introduced to Email API functionalities and learned how to utilise Netcore’s innovative Co-Marketer tool, an AI-powered assistant that supports campaign planning, content personalisation, and performance optimisation through advanced natural language processing (NLP) and behavioural analytics.
Infytel brought its expertise to the forefront, demonstrating real-world applications of these tools tailored specifically to the Nigerian and African business environment. With over a decade of delivering transformative IT solutions, Infytel showcased how AI technologies can improve customer experience, reduce marketing costs, and boost ROI. Their highly skilled local team provided hands-on support, allowing participants to deeply engage with the new features and functionalities.
Sessions were conducted both on-site at customer offices and in high-end hotel conference rooms, creating a conducive atmosphere for learning and collaboration. Participants appreciated the balance between technical learning and practical demonstrations, with special focus on how these solutions could be deployed in everyday marketing operations to deliver measurable results.
To conclude the workshop on a high note, Infytel and Netcore hosted an exclusive networking event themed “Breezy Beach Party”. Held at a serene waterfront venue, the event was designed to foster informal networking and celebrate the workshop’s success. The beachside evening featured volleyball, treasure hunts, and a vibrant “Sip and Paint” session, where attendees showcased their artistic flair. A standout moment was the awarding of a signed canvas to the best painting, symbolising creativity and collaboration.
The night was further elevated by electrifying performances from traditional and fire dance groups, offering a cultural experience that blended fun with celebration. Attendees shared their excitement on social media using the hashtag #BreezyBeach, which quickly gained traction and amplified the event’s impact beyond the shoreline.
Speaking at the closing event, Infytel’s Group Managing Director and CEO, Anant Sabat, and Netcore Country Manager, Jeet Gagwani, emphasised the importance of human-centred experiences in corporate transformation.
“At Infytel, we believe real transformation occurs not just through technology, but through building meaningful relationships,” said Sabat. “Breezy Beach is our way of appreciating the trust our customers place in us.”
Gagwani stated: “Netcore is proud to support Nigerian businesses in leveraging AI to meet evolving customer expectations. This initiative is just the beginning.”
The Smartech AI workshop and Breezy Beach celebration mark a significant milestone in Nigeria’s journey toward digital maturity. With this collaboration, Infytel and Netcore have reinforced their joint commitment to equipping Nigerian organisations with world-class technologies that drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction in an increasingly digital-first economy.
