Minister of Information and National Orientation Mohammed Idris, Sunday night, lost his mother-in-law, Hajia Hawa Yakubu.

A family source told Blueprint on the telephone that Hajia Yakubu died at the age of 70.

“Hajia Hawa Yakubu died just a moment ago. The Janaza comes up at 1.30pm at the National Mosque tomorrow (Monday) here in Abuja. Well, He giveth and taketh, what else can we say? We thank God for her life. She was a devout Muslimah.

May Allah be pleased with her and grant her Aljanah Frdaos. Aameen.
“She is survived by Hajia  Ajara Mohammed Idris who is the wife of the Hon. Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris,” the source added.
