I Remain in MK Party - Floyd Shivambu
Former secretary-general of South Africa’s uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party, Floyd Shivambu addressed a news conference in Midrand on Thursday.
The embattled politician says he is still a member of the party and challenges the MK party to tell him otherwise
Shivambu says he remains a member of the MK Party while planning to consult traditional leaders, religious figures, and prominent South Africans before deciding whether to form his own political party.

Sources close to Shivambu, have hinted that Shivambu is expected to launch his new political party soon.
The party will consist of members of the MKP, Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and the African National Congress (ANC) members.
The newly formed party is aimed at uniting South Africans, said the sources.
The anticipated announcement comes in the wake of his recent departure from the MKP earlier this month, a move that has sparked widespread speculation and debate.
