Summer of ’69 premieres on Hulu on May 9. Directed by Jillian Bell from a screenplay written by her, Jules Byrne, and Liz Noo, the story follows Abby Flores (Sam Morelos), who hires a stripper named Santa Monica (Chloe Fineman) to help her build confidence and teach her everything she needs to know about sex. Abby does this in an attempt to get the attention of a guy she has harbored a longstanding crush on since grade school.

Also dropping on the 9th are The Transporter and Transporter 2. Both films are action-thrillers starring Jason Statham as Frank Martin, an ex–Special Forces officer who takes on any delivery job for the right price. Frank’s no-questions-asked policy makes him special among his clients.

Also releasing on Hulu this week is Blonde and Blonder. The film stars icons Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards as two dumb blondes, Dee and Dawn, who end up in a messy situation when they are mistaken for international mob killers.
