New episodes of Mama June: Family Crisis air on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on We TV. The season 7 premiere will take place on May 30, 2025, while the eighth and final episode of the season is set to air on July 25, 2025.

Season 7 will be particularly special, and it will include the show’s 100th episode.

If you’re unable to watch Mama June: Family Crisis during the initial premiere time slot, fans can catch up on the show by streaming it on ALLBLK and AMC+.

June will be joined by her daughters Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird and Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson for season 7. Meanwhile, their other family members and significant others will also play important roles on the new season.

Season 7 of Mama June: Family Crisis will document June fighting for custody of her late daughter Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell’s daughter Kaitlyn following Anna’s passing in December 2023. Additionally, June will be kept busy as she and her husband, Justin Stroud, search for a bigger house, while fans will also get to see her working hard to maintain her new healthy lifestyle amid her weight loss journey.

After fans watched Alana and June argue over the matriarch stealing money from her Coogan account – which held the money she earned as a child star – during season 6, the new season will catch up with the college student as she waits for repayment from her mom and worries that her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, won’t be arrested amid his ongoing legal problems.

As for Pumpkin, fans will get to see her business – The Sisters Closet – expand with a new warehouse, a vendor event and a new employee. However, her professional success will cause a rift in her relationship with Jessica.

Pumpkin’s drama doesn’t end there, as fans will see her and ’s marriage fall apart before they ultimately decided to divorce.

In Touch confirmed in August 2024 that Pumpkin filed for divorce from Josh after six years of marriage. She filed the paperwork in Wilkinson County, Georgia, which stated that she and Josh had agreed to joint custody of their four children. She also noted that her marriage to Josh was “irretrievably broken,” according to the legal documents.

Their divorce was finalized in September 2024.

The settlement agreement in the initial filing noted that both parties were able to spend time with their children, and they agreed to divide the children’s medical expenses, extracurricular and school activities. Neither Josh nor Pumpkin were granted alimony in the divorce.
