If you are asking about how to get photos from your iPhone onto your PC, see:

Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone or iPad to your Mac or PC - Apple Support

Import photos and videos from phone to PC – Microsoft Support

Synchronization with Google Photos might also be a possibility – there is a Google Photos app for the iPhone. But be careful about using iCloud Photos and Google Photos synchronization at the same time. Deleting synchronized photos anywhere might delete them everywhere (including from the phone, iCloud, and Google).

You are not shackled to Android if you do not have a Mac computer. As mentioned in one of the links that Servant of Cats; provides, newer versions of Windows (Windows 10 version 19045.0 or higher) can use Microsoft's "Apple Devices" app:

We opted for iPhone because we had existed in the "AppleVerse" since 1990 and liked the way our Mac computers (4 active), iPads (3), and AppleTV boxes (2) communicated. Adding the iPhones made that sphere of cooperation very much better.

Had we not owned a shed-load of Apple devices, I believe we would have bought iPhones anyway. Perceived security was better, and my friends with Android seemed to complain far more than my friends with iPhones.

How can I connect my ASUS laptop to an iPhone 14?
