Hermine Nantes Atlantique (ProB) added 27-year old Dutch international 203cm forward Dylan Van Eyck (college: Iona) to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He is the second foreign player on the team, joining USA's EJ Dambreville. Van Eyck most recently played for Odilo FC Cartagena CB in the Spanish Primera FEB, averaging 9.6ppg, 4.6rpg, 2.1apg, and 1.1spg in 35 games last season. He helped his team reach the Spanish Primera FEB Cup Semifinals. In the 2023-24 season, he played for Svendborg Rabbits in the Danish league, averaging 16.9ppg, 9.5rpg, 4.1apg, 1.6spg, and 1.4bpg in 18 games. Van Eyck was named to the Eurobasket.com Danish BasketLigaen All-Imports Team, League Player of the Week twice, and Eurobasket.com All-Danish BasketLigaen First Team.
He has also been a member of the Dutch international program for some years. Van Eyck has regularly played for the Dutch senior team since 2022 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2018.
He also represented Holland at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers two years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 9.9 ppg and had 5.4 rpg.
Van Eyck has also played professionally in Denmark and Italy.
Among many awards, his team won the MAAC Regular Season in 2022. He received the All-MAAC Sixth Player of the Year award back in 2022.
Van Eyck graduated from Iona College in 2022 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball. He played also for Northeast Oklahoma A&M College for 2 years.
