It's looking like the heat wave that has gripped the Philadelphia region has ended, with Thursday's high temperature in the 80s, though some regions may push 90 today. Most of us will have scattered storms this afternoon and evening to keep temperatures lower than earlier this week, Meteorologist Kate Bilo reports.
