The complete routine immunisation schedule from 1 January 2025.

The routine immunisation schedule was revised in January 2025 in order to clarify eligibility for the pneumococcal vaccination in people with an increased risk of aspiration.

A range of translations in 32 community languages are also available to download as a PDF.
