GroupM expands commerce team with trio of ANZ hires | Mi3
GroupM Australia & New Zealand is expanding its commerce team with the appointment of three new key personnel: Veronica Li, Ben Grace, and Claudia Domingues. This move aims to enhance the company's commerce capabilities and drive transformation for clients across its agencies, including Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, and Mindshare.
Over the past 18 months, GroupM has developed and invested into an commerce offering that encompasses Strategy, Activation, Creative, and Data & Technology. This offering is designed to leverage proprietary tools, partnerships, and processes to deliver impactful commerce solutions that balance global scale with local nuance.
The commerce team is led by Marc Lomas, Managing Director of GroupM Commerce, and is further supported by Leah Jackson, Group Director of Commerce Strategy.
Li joins GroupM as Group Director of Commerce Strategy. She previously served as eCommerce Director at Publicis, where she gained experience in retail media and leading consumer packaged goods brands.
Grace also joins as Group Director of Commerce Strategy, bringing with him a background as CEO of SparkXGlobal and expertise in programmatic trading and AI-driven advertising solutions.
Domingues meanwhile is returning to GroupM as Head of Commerce Platforms. Domingues has a background in omnichannel strategies and platform activation, which she will leverage in her new role to enhance GroupM's commerce capabilities.
