Systems are back to normal at Philadelphia International Airport. The FAA said PHL experienced a ground stop for American Airlines on Saturday due to a brief electrical issue. According to American Airlines, three flights were cancelled, but FlightAware's website shows 75 canceled flights, and over 300 delays at the airport.
