Defending champion FC Bayern Muenchen Basketball (BBL) added to their roster 27-year old Australian forward Jack White (201cm-101kg-1997, college: Duke). He started the season at Melbourne United in Australian NBL league. In 35 games he recorded 13.3ppg, 8.9rpg and 1.5apg. He helped them to make it to the Australian NBL final after they ended regular season as second best team. Good year as he was named League Player of the Week. The last season season he played at the Grizzlies in NBA. White also played for another NBA team the Thunder in NBA. The other team he played shortly was Lakers in NBA G League.
Two years ago (three years after his graduation) he was drafted by Texas Legends (G-League) as #1 pick overall.
The former Duke University star is in his fifth season in pro basketball.
He was also a member of the Australian international program for some years. White played for Australian Senior National Team between 2022 and 2023 and previously for the University National Team back in 2019.
He also represented Australia at the FIBA World Cup in Philippines-Japan-Indonesia two years ago. White's team won Bronze and he had over 2 points per game.
White is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Australia (Braves), NBA (Denver Nuggets), Australia, NBA G League (South Bay Lakers and Grand Rapids Gold) and NBA Summer League (Denver Nuggets).
White won NBA championship title in 2023.
