Jason Isaacs about his new acting role on The White Lotus. However, in what was a cringeworthy and disturbing moment, things went a little too far when King and her co-hosts became infatuated with a very uncomfortable moment. It got to the point where Isaacs was calling them all out for it.

Here is what King and her co-hosts asked about and why Isaacs was not having any of it.

Jason Isaacs is part of a fantastic cast for the third season of The White Lotus. He stars on the show as a father of three who is vacationing at the White Lotus in Thailand when he learns that the FBI is investigating the business he owns back home, and he could end up in prison for it.

The crazy thing is that his story is just one of three big stories that are all going to lead to a shooting where at least one main character is presumed to die this season (the shooting took place in the first scene before flashing back to tell the story to that point).

Starring with Isaacs is Parker Posey as his wife, Patrick Schwarzenegger as one of his sons, and that is just the tip of the iceberg for this season’s all-star outing. However, Gayle King wanted to discuss something other than the series, his acting, or the storyline. She wanted to talk about a full-frontal nude scene that Jason did.

The scene had his character, Timothy Ratliff, walk out and his penis was hanging out of his bathrobe as he stood in front of his kids. Cast members Sam Nivola and Sarah Catherine Hook said he was wearing a prosthetic (via TV Insider). However, when the CBS Morning hosts asked about it, Jason was unhappy.

Jason Isaacs, who many fans know as Lucious Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, was not happy when Gayle King and her co-hosts wouldn’t stop talking about the prosthetic. He was clearly frustrated that they didn’t want to talk about Mike White’s writing for the new season of The White Lotus.

Isaacs immediately pointed out the double standards. “It’s interesting because the best actress this year is Mikey Madison at the Oscars. And I don’t see anybody discussing her vulva, which was on [the screen] all the time,” Isaacs said. “But when women are naked, Margaret Qualley as well, in ‘The Substance,’ nobody would dream of talking to her about her genitalia or her nipples or any of those things. So, its odd that there’s a double standard.”

Despite making his stance clear, the hosts all said they wanted to know if it was a prosthetic or real. Jason tried to end it again with a joke, saying, “I don’t think that people really want to know how the sausage is made.” That is when Gayle said, “I do!” which seemed to frustrate the actor even more.

However, they finally turned things around by asking about his co-stars and it ended on a slightly better note. He did throw in one more statement. “Mike White is a brilliant writer; it’s the best series on television for a long time. And what is the obsession with penises? It’s an odd thing.”
