Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has had one of the best seasons a Nigerian player has ever had in Europe.

The 26-year-old Nigerian striker took the Super Lig by storm, delivering a sensational campaign filled with goals, records, and silverware.

The striker joined Galatasaray on loan at the start of the 2024/25 season from Napoli after a fall out with the Italian side.

Osimhen played a pivotal role in Galatasaray’s triumphant 2024–25 Süper Lig campaign. He emerged as the league’s top scorer, netting 26 goals, and was instrumental in securing the club’s third consecutive league title.

Osimhen scored five goals in the Turkish cup leading the team to their second trophy of the season.

With 26 goals in the league, Osimhen secured the Golden Boot, underscoring his lethal finishing and consistency throughout the season.

He finished above Instabul’s Krzysztof Piatek who scored 21 goals.
