Frankie Boyle and Nish Kumar set for Cambridge Comedy Garden
A huge line-up of stand-up favourites has been announced for the second edition of a comedy event in Cambridgeshire.
Following its debut last summer, Cambridge Comedy Garden returns to Parker’s Piece from July 17 to 20.
Set to appear in the 'big top' are Frankie Boyle, Russell Kane, Nish Kumar, Fern Brady, Lucy Beaumont, Ed Gamble, Alan Davies, Phil Wang and Sarah Keyworth.
Also on the bill are household names including Ivo Graham, 8 Out Of 10 Cats' Rosie Jones, Viceland star Jamali Maddix, Live At The Apollo's Catherine Bohart and Mock The Week's Rhys James.
Phil Wang is on the line up (Image: Cambridge Comedy Garden) The programme is completed with a host of newer acts such as Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Amy Gledhill, BAFTA Award Winner Michael Odewale, Comedy Central’s Kyrah Gray, and rising talents Dane Buckley and Celya Ab.
This is the latest venture from the sibling team behind a series of critically-acclaimed comedy festivals running each year across the UK.
For 15 years Will Briggs and Cass Randolph of 57 Festivals have been delivering their signature blend of meticulous comedy programming to sell-out crowds.
Their flagship Greenwich Comedy Festival has been entertaining the masses since 2009, welcoming thousands of ticket holders each year to the iconic National Maritime Museum.
Lucy Beaumont is on the line-up (Image: Cambridge Comedy Garden) In 2011 they launched their Comedy Garden series, landing first in Bristol, followed by Brighton and St Albans, and in 2024, Cambridge was added to the series.
