Foodlink F&B Holdings (India) Limited, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 160 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 11,953,535 equity shares by existing shareholders, including promoter and investor selling shareholders.
Founded and led by Sanjay Manohar Vazirani, Foodlink has evolved into one of India’s most prominent hospitality brands. With operations spanning across India, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, the Company provides high-end culinary services through luxury catering, fine-dining restaurants, and international foodservice operations, said a release issued by the company.
The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, capital expenditure for expansion of restaurants and catering services, and general corporate purposes.
Sanjay Manohar Vazirani, the promoter and chairman & managing director of the company, brings over two decades of experience in the food and hospitality sector. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence, he has transformed Foodlink into a globally admired name in the premium F&B space, it added.
JM Financial Limited and Equirus Capital Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the release stated.
