99 Pancakes is launching a Mango Mania Menu until June 30, 2025, at all outlets across India. The menu features Alphonso mango-based sweets and drinks, including Mango Cheesecake Pancake, Mango Cheesecake Waffle, Tropical Alphonso Shake, and Exotic Alphonso Cake.
Chef Evette Quoibia's Guinness World Record
Liberian-Australian chef Evette Quoibia achieved the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon (individual), cooking for 140 hours, 11 minutes, and 11 seconds. She shared West African cuisines, including Liberian-style jollof rice and cassava leaves, with the people of Melbourne. Her preparation included crowdsourcing ingredients like semolina flour and cassava.
Quoibia cooked for over five consecutive days, taking short breaks. She achieved the record on February 19, 2024, and celebrated with her community. Quoibia hopes her feat will inspire others to achieve their dreams.
