Tu2minis Global Services Limited, in collaboration with Tu2minis Place Limited, has trained women entrepreneurs on compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements.

The maiden edition of the two-day Women Entrepreneurship Workshop brought together business owners from the food, beverage, cosmetics, and herbal remedies industries, focusing on key regulatory processes. Sessions covered Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration, intellectual property rights, and National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) certification.

Founder of Tu2minis Global Services Limited, Mrs. Ngozi Enite-Okoro, said the workshop was designed to equip women with the tools and knowledge needed to establish and grow their businesses.

“Regulatory compliance is crucial for women entrepreneurs to succeed. We aim to empower them with knowledge and skills to navigate the regulatory landscape and establish sustainable businesses,” she said.

Participants received hands-on guidance in business registration, intellectual property protection, and product safety compliance. As a result, 10 businesses completed CAC registration, 12 secured trademarks, and 9 products obtained NAFDAC certification.

Among the beneficiaries was Professor Yetunde Isimi, CEO of Kikaboni Organics and Cosmetics, who successfully completed the NAFDAC registration process under the guidance of Tu2minis.

The workshop featured expert speakers, including lawyers, pharmacists, and regulatory specialists, and provided networking opportunities. Following its success, the second edition is scheduled for April 23–24, 2025.
