Former Los Angeles Lakers star accused his ex-wife, , of only texting and calling their 14-year-old son occasionally as he pleads for full custody, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Trevor, 39, requested that current joint legal and physical custody agreement be modified due to several reasons.

Back in January 2024, Trevor and Bree reached a settlement after a nasty divorce battle. Bree filed the case in 2022 after four years of marriage. The exes share two children: Tristan and Taylor.

In his recent filing, Trevor, who played in the NBA from 2004 through 2021, argued that Tristan, born in 2011, preferred to be with him.

“Other parent has not complied with court order and does not pick the child up on ordered days,” Trevor said.

Trevor, who earned over $100 million during his time in the league, said, “I cover all needs including food, shelter, clothing, education and all medical care. The child does not have a relationship with the other parent.”

In his filing, which he submitted without the help of a lawyer, Trevor ended, “Child has been with me for over a year. Mom only text and calls occasionally.”

Per their divorce deal, Trevor agreed to pay Bree $10,000 per month in child support for their children.

The former NBA star’s motion does not mention reducing his child support payments. Trevor also paid his ex a one-time lump sum of $664,000 in exchange for Bree waiving any right to future spousal support.

The deal also awarded Bree a home in San Diego, California, and Trevor kept a property in L.A.

Bree was awarded a portion of Trevor’s retirement accounts, her clothing collection, jewelry, including her engagement and wedding rings, a 2021 Rolls-Royce and a 2022 Cadillac Escalade.

Trevor walked away with a car collection including a 1964 Chevy Impala, a 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and a 2020 Mercedes Maybach.

Trevor kept his interest in several businesses.

During the court battle, Trevor claimed that he was not earning the same amount of money he had while playing in the NBA.

At the time, he said he was working to reduce his overhead since he was no longer pulling in around $192,000 a month.

“After an 18-year career in the NBA, I am no longer employed as a professional basketball player. The last team I played for was the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2021-2022 NBA season. I no longer earn any wages or endorsement income,” Trevor said in 2023.

In court documents, Trevor said he had around $438,278 in the bank, $1.9 million in stocks and bonds and another $6 million in real property.

He said he paid $13,000 a month in child support for children from another relationship. His financial report listed his monthly expenses as $13,000 for rent, $8,900 on childcare, $1,5000 on groceries, $12,000 on entertainment and gifts, $22,000 on monthly installment payments, $1,400 on maintenance and various other bills.

Bree has yet to respond to Trevor’s custody request to amend the original divorce deal.

During his time in the NBA, Trevor not only played for the Lakers but he was a team member on the New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, New Orleans Hornets, Washington Wizards, Phoenix Suns, Sacramento Kings, Portland Trail Blazers and the Miami Heat.
