Euroleague - Daniel-Oturu-ex-Anadolu-Efes-agreed-terms-with-HTel-Aviv

Hapoel Shlomo Tel-Aviv (Winner League) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old American 208cm center Daniel Oturu (college: Minnesota) for season 2025-26. Oturu has played for the last two years at Anadolu Efes in Turkish BSL league. In 32 games he recorded 14.4ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.5apg last season. He helped them to win the cup and make to league semifinals. A very spectacular season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Center of the Year and voted to All-Imports Team. Oturu also played 38 games in Euroleague where he averaged 8.8ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.0bpg. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
In 2020 he was drafted by Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) in second round (33rd overall). Oturu graduated from University of Minnesota and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
He is a very experienced player. Oturu has played also professionally in USA, NBA (Chicago Bulls, Toronto Raptors and Memphis Grizzlies), NBA G League (Windy City Bulls) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls, Orlando Magic and LA Clippers).
