This luxurious enclave promises an elevated experience with bespoke service, extraordinary amenities, and lavish accommodations situated in the heights of the resort. Designed as an exclusive retreat, Enclave is focused on offering guests an intimate and private experience, with attention to detail and a serene, opulent atmosphere that stands apart from the grandeur of Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Enclave is designed as a coastal mansion, providing a serene retreat with exceptional service. Guests are welcomed through a private, lush entry drive that leads to an elegant lobby reserved exclusively for Enclave residents. This refined lobby introduces the essence of the experience, guiding visitors into a gallery that leads to private elevators. These elevators ascend to an elevated, peaceful level where just 15 suites occupy each floor. Positioned on the topmost levels of the resort’s towering 1,000-foot structure, Enclave’s accommodations offer breathtaking views of the resort’s crystal-clear waters. The interiors are adorned with a soothing color palette of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and sophisticated luxury.

The Enclave collection, crafted by Wynn Design & Development, boasts 313 rooms across six unique layouts, including the 800-square-foot Enclave King Suites and two opulent two-story Royal Apartments, each covering 16,000 square feet. The suites are designed to evoke a residential ambiance, blending timeless sophistication with breathtaking views and regional influences. Every element, from the décor to the in-room amenities, is meticulously curated to cater to the refined tastes of international travelers. The rooms are equipped with dual private pantries, stocked with customized AM and PM provisions, exemplifying Wynn’s dedication to personalized service and its focus on exceeding the expectations of its global clientele.

At the pinnacle of the Wynn Tower, two Royal Apartments will offer an unmatched level of luxury. Crafted in collaboration with renowned designers Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris) alongside Wynn Design & Development, these exceptional apartments will establish a new standard for opulence in the hospitality world. A central feature of Enclave is its private pool and beach area, located along the eastern edge of the resort’s gardens. This area boasts three pools and a private beach, surrounded by chic cabanas and private bungalows, offering an ideal environment for relaxation or vibrant family gatherings. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the island’s shoreline and witness spectacular sunsets over the Arabian Gulf. The restaurant, which is exclusively available for Enclave guests for breakfast, transforms during lunch and dinner into a vibrant destination offering exceptional Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant will be led by a celebrated restaurateur from Beirut and Paris, establishing it as a culinary landmark in the region.

Wynn Al Marjan Island will encompass over 60 hectares, with 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates. Guests will also enjoy 24 international dining venues, lounges, and clubs, a luxurious spa, and a high-end shopping parterre. The resort will feature twelve pools, a 4,500-foot private beach, and a deep-water marina for superyachts. Construction of the island resort is progressing on schedule, with the topping-out of the iconic spire expected in late 2025 and the resort’s grand opening in early 2027.
