BRICK, NJ — Brick Township police are asking drivers to avoid the area of Route 88 eastbound until about 3 p.m. as firefighters battle an electrical fire.
The area of Route 88 that is affected is near Ocean University Medical Center, Brick police said.
Police did not say where the electrical fire was being fought.
