Dem wa Facebook has set the record straight regarding why she and her manager Andrew Mwiko stopped working together.

In a candid interview with Milele FM’s Ankali Ray, Dem wa FB addressed the recent separation and the ongoing rumours about Oga Obinna’s involvement.

Responding to the speculation that Oga Obinna might have played a role in her parting ways with Andrew, Dem wa FB was quick to clarify that there was no animosity between the parties.

"Hatujakosana, hakuna shida between us," she said, emphasising that they all remain on good terms.

The comedian explained that she and Andrew had a one-year contract, which had simply come to an end.

"Contract si huisha jameni, tulikuwa na contract ya one year, Andrew is my best friend na bado tunaongea. Tunaweza endelea na kazi pia akitaka tuendelee, hatujakosana mahali na hatuna beef," Dem wa FB added, dismissing the rumours that suggested a rift.

As opposed to popular belief that Obinna might now be managing her, Dem wa FB asserted that she is running her career by herself.

She confirmed that she and Obinna had indeed parted ways, leaving no room for speculation about any managerial role Obinna may be playing in her career.
