The State Attorney's Office in Florence has ordered an autopsy on the bodies of two nursing home guests who died after being hospitalized at the local Santa Maria Nuova Hospital due to a serious gastrointestinal disease, Florence daily La Nazione reported on Thursday.
    Two other guests are also in critical condition at Florence's Careggi Hospital, according to newspaper.
    All four seniors fell ill after eating a meal at the nursing home, according to the report.
