Our favourite Boho girl Dakota Johnson knew the assignment but showed us how to include denim into the mix. During a dinner with friend and fellow actress Kate Hudson in Rome, she opted for a look consisting of an embroidered blouse top with floral embroidery, paired with wide-legged jeans, and black sandals.

Baggy jeans have been a rising trend this year, thanks to their versatility and retro spin. But we're particularly enamoured with Dakota's perfect slouchy fit, with the leg tapering slightly towards the ankle. The combination of the low hip and slightly saggy shape creates a particularly effortlessly cool effect that makes the look oh-so-chic.

After all, what's worse in summer than sticky trousers? Skinny and straight-leg styles, or those made of sturdy denim fabrics tend to make life difficult on hot days. We love that Dakota Johnson's just gave us a breezy option that allows us to continue to indulge in the hardest-working item in our wardrobes.
