Cooper Flagg Gets Strong Message From Duke on Saturday
Cooper Flagg recently capped off one of the best freshman seasons in college basketball history with the Duke Blue Devils.
Flagg committed to Duke as the No. 1 overall player in the nation and may have exceeded expectations.
During his freshman season with the Blue Devils, Flagg led his team to the Final Four, with NCAA Tournament victories over some of the top teams in the nation, such as Arizona and Alabama.
After the season, Flagg declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, turning the page to his professional career.
Before participating in the official draft, Flagg made an appearance at Duke head coach Jon Scheyer's summer camp at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Duke posted about Flagg's attendance at the camp, adding a strong note on the potential for the former Blue Devils star to be the No. 1 pick in the upcoming draft.

Cooper Flagg played with one of the best rosters Duke has courted over the past several seasons. He's headed to the draft with several other top prospects, including Kon Knueppel and Khaman Maluach, both of whom are projected lottery picks.
During his freshman season with the Blue Devils, Flagg led the team in all five statistical categories. The Duke star posted 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks per game.
Flagg made a lasting impact in his lone season at Duke, winning the Naismith Player of the Year and Wooden Award as a freshman.
He's now preparing to walk across the draft stage on Wednesday in Brooklyn, New York.
