Colin Farrell's divisive remake of Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1990 classic has found a new streaming home for February 2025. The movie, which was released in August 2012, saw Farrell in the leading role of Douglas Quaid, Schwarzenegger's character from the original, and was directed by Underworld director Len Wiseman. The movie was a modest box office success, grossing $211 million against a budget of $125 million, but was not well received by critics, most of whom felt it lacking compared to the previous adaptation of Phillip K. Dick's short story.
