According to Cindy's relative, the bishop played a key role in Cindy's transformation, which saw her ditch her KSh 100 business that got her fame.
Cindy used to charge men KSh 100 to see her privately, which led to sharp criticism from social media users.
However, she later claimed she had changed and even got baptised by her Ghanaian pastor friend Ray Micheal after accepting salvation.
In her video that is now doing rounds, Cindy heaped praise on her uncle and even asked why he left without telling her goodbye.
"Mzee has died. Mzee has left us. Mzee has gone. Why my friend? I dreamt of a coffin only for you to go. I called you yesterday and you could not even tell me goodbye. Mzee, is it true you have gone, my friend? You left without saying goodbye. Who will teach me if you are not here?" she said.

Her relative, Evance, also went live later to clarify questions that TikTokers had as Cindy dropped without giving concrete information.
He said:
"It is dad's brother who passed. People called me thinking I was the one who died, that is the reason I came live to be seen as healthy and strong. That was her favourite person. Cindy has not even cried yet. She is still crying. He was her advisor, the person who prayed for her to get all the blessings now you see she had. This is the bishop who prayed up until everything ended including that business of hers. He started being sick last week."

However, after intervention from TikTokers, the duo set their disagreements aside and faulted netizens for pitting them against each other.
Some netizens claimed Cindy had a secret against Rachel, which was why she wanted peace, while others commended them for patching things up.
