CIECA Webinar: AI in the Customer Experience

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) announced the next CIECA Webinar will be held at 11 a.m. PDT/1 p.m. CDT/2 p.m. EDT June 5 : “AI in the Customer Experience.”
The one-hour live broadcast will feature , senior director of artificial intelligence and machine learning engineering at Mitchell, an Enlyte company, and , CEO of SocioSquares, an AI software development and online marketing firm, and chief product officer at Propel, an SaaS company that enhances small business.
During the free webinar, Gulati and Mendiratta will share insight on the following:
· The fundamentals of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT
· How artificial intelligence (AI) is currently being used in the collision industry, including recent advancements
· Leveraging AI to enhance the customer experience throughout the claims process
· The key requirements for regulatory compliance and risk management when developing AI-powered systems
· Future implications for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and superintelligence.
Gulati is an accomplished technologist with more than two decades of experience in the semiconductor, wireless, software, insurance and technology industry, focusing on traditional AI, generative AI, pattern recognition, natural language and SaaS solutions. He is a driven AI, advanced analytics and business intelligence leader.
As a leading authority on AI, Gulati has spent the past seven years developing and improving InsureTech inefficiencies, minimizing decision biases and developing proprietary, differentiated enterprise-scale AI solutions for Mitchell and Enlyte. This includes an industry-first intelligent open platform that democratizes the adoption of AI in enterprise business workflows.
Gulati has extensive experience directing large-scale initiatives involving research and development, business and AI product strategy, operations and advanced video, image and data analytics. He has authored more than 30 patents and has more than 10 patents granted on the application of AI in the InsureTech industry. Gulati sits on the board of several AI standards, AI Guild, and Ethical and Responsible AI committees.
Mendiratta has been at the forefront of integrating AI into digital solutions. Under his leadership, SocioSquares developed its first AI platform in 2015, leveraging natural language processing and machine learning.
Recognized for his contributions to the field, Mendiratta was honored with the “Top Artificial Intelligence (AI) Voice” Influencer Badge on LinkedIn as part of its Community Top Voice Program.
He is committed to educating and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and technologists, having spoken at institutions such as Drexel University, IIM Bangalore, The Engineering School and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Before his current roles, Mendiratta was a principal engineer at Comcast’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications from Barkatullah University, India, and a master's degree in telecommunications and networking from the University of Pennsylvania. His career is marked by a passion for innovation and a dedication to leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
