A historic moment unfolded as R&B icon Chris Brown, popularly known as Breezy, shut down North London with his Breezy Bowl concert at the packed Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

On Sunday, June 22, the singer shut down North London in a futuristic, light-up ensemble that looked straight out of a Star Wars movie.

Breezy thrilled fans with hit after hit from his massive catalogue, keeping the energy electric from start to finish.

However, just when the audience thought they had seen it all, the Grammy-winning star had one more surprise in store.

In an unforgettable twist, the loyal hitmaker called Nigerian Afrobeats giant Davido to the stage, sending the crowd into an absolute frenzy.

Davido wasted no time getting the stadium on its feet, opening his set with With You, his latest collaboration with Omah Lay.

The energy only soared from there as he and Breezy performed their fan-favourite hits Blow My Mind, Lower Body, and Shopping Spree in perfect sync.

The chemistry between the two musical powerhouses lit up the venue, with thousands of fans singing at the top of their voices, word for word.

While Chris and Davido have previously shared a stage, most memorably at Brown’s 2019 Barclays Centre show in New York, this Tottenham moment marked a new peak in their musical brotherhood and left many fans declaring it the performance of the year.

Adding to the night’s African star power, Tanzanian music royalty Diamond Platnumz was also spotted among the excited crowd.

Although he did not take the stage, the Komasava hitmaker was seen vibing and dancing to the historic collaboration.

It is also speculated that a link-up between the three music titans might have happened behind the scenes.

In other news, Breezy was arrested in Manchester on Thursday, May 15, over an alleged nightclub assault in London that took place in February 2023.

UK police confirmed they had taken a 36-year-old man into custody on suspicion of causing serious harm, though they did not name him.

The alleged victim, music producer Abe Diaw, claimed Breezy hit him with a tequila bottle before repeatedly kicking and punching him, leaving him hospitalised.
