Chinmayi's rendition of 'Muththa Mazhai' from Thug Life out

Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam’s is here! And so is Chinmayi’s much-celebrated rendition of ‘Muththa Mazhai’ from the film. Titled ‘Muththa Mazhai (Reprise)’, the song, composed by AR Rahman, is now available to stream on all audio platforms.
While Dhee sang the original Tamil version of the song, Chinmayi’s rendition at audio launch made heads turn. Many compared the two singers, calling Chinmayi’s version better. Later, Chinmayi, who sang the Telugu and Hindi versions of the song, specifically requested that the comparisons stop. Meanwhile, after popular demand for her version to be released, it is finally here. Notably, the song is said to be missing in the film.
The extended ensemble cast of comprises Silambarasan, Abhirami, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Nassar, Joju George, Mahesh Manjrekar, Tanikella Bharani, Vadivukkarasi, Chinni Jayanth, Vaiyapuri, Bagavathi Perumal, Baburaj, Ali Fazal, Rohit Saraf, Arjun Chidambaram, Chetan, and Rajashri Deshpande.
The technical crew of also features cinematographer Ravi K Chandran, editor Sreekar Prasad and action directors Anbariv. The film is a co-production between Udhayanidhi's Red Giant Movies, Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Film International, and Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies.
