For a long time there have been ongoing rumours about several Bollywood celebs either getting a hair transplant or wearing wigs. Two popular celebs who have often come under the scanner are Hrithik Roshan and Kapil Sharma.

In a recent interview, celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim was asked if Hrithik and Kapil indeed wear wigs, responding to the query, he told Hindi Rush, “No, it’s all real. None of them. Sabke asli baal hain boss. I cut their hair myself. Fake hair wouldn’t react the same way as real hair on camera. Like Hrithik’s chopper shot in War. Not only does he have real hair, he has great quality hair. Everybody has great hair.”

He then touched his own hair and revealed that those were fake.

The hair stylist then shared, “I’ve heard these rumours, but let me tell you that they don’t wear hair patches or wigs. To be very frank, my own hair is fake. I don’t lie about it. Many people send me messages, saying that some actor’s wig is excellent. And I tell them that they’re mistaken.”

In the past, people have shared older videos of Kapil Sharma with a seemingly bald patch visible. The same goes for Hrithik Roshan where a couple of times weird angles have seemingly made it look like a bald patch on his head.

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan will next be seen in the biggest film of the year — War 2 co-starring NTR Jr and Kiara Advani. The film directed by Ayan Mukerji releases in theatres on August 14, 2025.

As for Kapil Sharma, the ace comedian returns to our screens with The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3. With the first guest Salman Khan, the show begins streaming on Netflix from June 21, 2025.
