Recognized as the official prelude to LA Pride, this colorful weekend draws LGBTQ+ travelers and allies together for two days filled with joy, unity, and community spirit along the stunning waterfront of Avalon. The festivities begin on Friday night at the iconic Chi Chi Club with the Pink Pony Club event. Starting at 8 PM, this dynamic drag and dance party sets the weekend’s tone with high-energy performances and celebrated DJs, drawing crowds eager to kick off Pride Month in style and excitement.

The weekend’s centerpiece takes place on Saturday, starting at noon with the Pier 24 Patio Party—a lively waterfront gathering featuring live DJs, specialty Pride cocktails provided by Absolut Vodka and Lo Siento Tequila, and two satellite bars. Headlining is PULP VIXEN, an energetic all-female cover band from Southern California known for their powerful vocals and dynamic performances. DJ ASHA returns for her fourth year as emcee, alongside notable performances from KINGQUEEN, DJ Annalyze, and DJ Davy, ensuring nonstop entertainment.

As night falls, the iconic Catalina Casino will light up in rainbow hues, symbolizing unity and pride and bringing a spectacular close to the day’s events on the island.
