Cardi B has fired back at a Love & Hip Hop star over accusations of sleeping around.

The 32-year-old WAP hitmaker responded to claims made by Hazel-E, who alleged that Cardi slept her way to the top of the music industry. Hazel-E made the accusations during a recent appearance on Shirley’s Temple podcast, where she went on a rant about Cardi’s rise to fame.

The singer later confronted her directly in the DMs, as they engaged in a full-on smackdown, according to reports. The rapper didn’t hold back during her appearance. “When you don’t want to play those games, you get overlooked,” Hazel-E began, before adding, “Even the girls that play those games, right?”

She continued, “You know I’m just going to say Cardi because she played them games.” The podcast host responded, “Cardi B?” prompting Hazel to elaborate further,“She got on, f--- him and now she has three kids and a husband. And now she says she don’t want to be like that anymore, and guess what, now she ain’t making music because now she’s not in that era.”

Hazel concluded, “It just sucks for women that if you don’t want to be oversexualized or taken advantage of or having [to] feel like you have to f--- for a track then you’re not getting no airplay.”

According to the publication, Cardi B saw the interview and didn’t hold back. She blasted Hazel, calling out her cosmetic procedures and laughing off the claim that she would steal a birthday party idea for her child and pretend it was original.

She sent a DM to Hazel that TMZ obtained, which read, "Keep my name out of your f------ mouth, you constantly got my name in your mouth and I never spoke on you and disrespected you...name who I f--- for a track?" She continued: "I never f--- no rapper nor music exec to be where I'm at.

"The only man in the industry I f----- I married..I got pick by Mona Scott herself to be on love and hip-hop." She savagely added, "You a weirdo feel a certain way over a KIDS birthday, you think I copied you miserable a-- b---- the fact I ask surgeon made to help you when you almost died I see why f------ s--- happens to you. You evil and weird you hate on people you never met."

In another message, Cardi accused Hazel of "repeating everything" she sees online. In response, the rapper shared, "I'm a fan and you are the downfall of yet another black man."

The mom-of-three was quick to shut down the accusation, writing, "What downfall of another black man? My baby father has his own successful career and my new nikka still in the league and finna have a great year, who failing?"

Her fans seemed to defend her in the comments of the podcast clip, with one person writing, “Your just hating on @iamcardib.” Another wrote, “Now I get it, she’s jealous because @iamcardib is that girl @ definitely looks better & have a (money bag). And @hazelebaby bought her own ring for a man to marry her.”

It comes as the music icon recently teased that her long-awaited sophomore album is set to drop this year. After previously teasing a 2024 release, she announced that the album's cover is already shot. She has also revealed that the album will feature at least 20 tracks.

Meanwhile, Hazel-E’s most recent single, I'll Be Good, was released in January last year. The track sampled René and Angela's 1985 hit and features a music video. The Mirror US has approached Cardi B’s representatives for comment.
