KK Mladost Mrkonjic Grad (Division I) added to their roster 27-year old Serbian 206cm power forward Sasa Vuksanovic (college: Hawaii-Hilo). Vuksanovic played most recently at Viktor Sanikidze Academy in Georgian league. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 14 A League games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.1ppg, 6.4rpg and 2.4apg. Vuksanovic helped them to win the A League title. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com Georgian A-League All-Imports Team and Eurobasket.com All-Georgian A-League Second Team. He also played for Proleter in Serbian 2MLS where in four games he averaged remarkable 16.3ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.5apg. The other team he played shortly was Metalac in Serbian KLS. In only one game he had 4 points and 1 rebound.
Vuksanovic has played also professionally for other Serbian teams like Napredak, KK Joker Sombor and KK Star Novi Sad.
Among many awards he was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian 2MLS Honorable Mention back in 2022.
He graduated from University of Hawaii at Hilo in 2021 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball. Vuksanovic played for other colleges like: Sheridan College, McLennan Community College.
