Sauti Sol's lead vocalist, Bien Baraza, has shared an interesting and unexpected story about how he acquired his first car.

Despite being a well-known musician at the time, the award-winning artiste revealed that buying a car was never part of his plans.

According to Bien, he was still using public transport despite being a household name with his songs playing on the radio.

Size 8, who was a close friend, saw this and encouraged him to purchase a car, insisting that it was time for him to level up.

"I bought my first car when I didn't even know how to drive. I didn't have plans to buy a car. I would use matatus, and Size 8 sat me down and challenged me to buy one. She told me I was a big musician with my songs playing on the radio. Size 8 is my close person," Bien recalled during the interview.
