The annual amfAR Gala Cannes took place on Thursday at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes, France, during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. This year was the gala’s 31st edition and was hosted by Taraji P. Henson. The event featured a fashion show curated by Carine Roitfeld, a performance by Duran Duran and an auction. The fashion show featured contributions from designers like Dsquared2, GCDS, Louis Vuitton, Jacquemus, Richard Quinn, Elie Saab and Rick Owens. The gala helped raise funds for amfAR’s AIDS research, prevention efforts, treatment education and advocacy.
