Tochigi Brex are 2025 BCL Asia champions. They held off Al Riyadi in the gripping Final game in Dubai tonight. It looked good early as Al Riyadi took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Tochigi Brex had a 24-17 second period charge getting the lead and Al Riyadi was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 93-94. Swingman Makoto Hiejima (191-1990) nailed 30 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and New Zealand-Irish Finn Delany (200-1995, college: SW Baptist) accounted for 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
