Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The biggest surprise of round 3 in BSL was guest Wels' (#2) road victory over UBSC Graz (#5)

77-68 on Sunday evening. The best player for the winners was American guard Marcus Azor (188-2000, college: UMass Dartmouth) who scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. International forward Renato Poljak (202-1997, agency: 6th Man Basketball Agency) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Cooper Robb (185-1999, college: EKU) who recorded 17 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Wels is looking forward to face Oberwart at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. UBSC Graz will play against Traiskirchen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An exciting game was played in Oberwart. Gunners Oberwart faced Dukes. Host Gunners Oberwart (2-1) defeated guests from Klosterneuburg (1-2) 96-88. The game was dominated by American players. It was a good game for forward Robert Allen (206-2000, college: N.Texas, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. Ziggy Reid contributed with 21 points and 5 rebounds (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!) for the winners. Forward Will Carius (205-1998, college: W.Illinois) answered with 22 points and 5 rebounds for Klosterneuburg. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Gunners Oberwart will play against Wels (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Dukes will play against Gmunden to get more than just one victory in their record.
Gmunden Swans delivered the third consecutive victory on Sunday night. This time they beat Arkadia Lions (0-3) 87-81. It was a great evening for Joe Reece who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Benedikt Guettl with 20 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. Gmunden Swans will meet Klosterneuburg (#5) on the road in the next round. Arkadia Lions will play against UBSC Graz and hope to get finally their first victory.

In the last two games of round 3 winless St.Poelten lost to undefeated BBC Nord in Eisenstadt 73-81. Kapfenberg beat Vienna at home 74-65.

looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was a great evening for American Jalen Green (203-2000, college: WWU) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Rayshawn Mart (190-1998, college: Xavier, LA) helped adding 16 points and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Mart is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The best for the losing side was American point guard Richard Williams Jr (178-1987, college: SDSU) with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 12 assists and 8 steals (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and Croatian forward Duje Putnik (203-2001, agency: Starting 5) scored 12 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. UBC St. Poelten's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

Nord Dragonz will meet at home Kapfenberg (#7) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. UBC St. Poelten will play against Furstenfeld (#10) and hopes to get finally their first victory.

The best for the losing side was Swedish guard Sheriff Drammeh (190-1996, college: Hawaii) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 assists and center Marko Goranovic (204-2000) scored 17 points (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Kapfenberg Bulls will meet BBC Nord (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. BC Vienna will have a break next round.
