The ASE Education Foundation has partnered with the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) for a collaboration aimed at enhancing and growing automotive technical education with secondary and post-secondary institutions across the United States. Both organizations believe this partnership will strengthen collective efforts to meet current industry needs in the transportation service sector.

NC3 and the ASE Education Foundation will support high schools and community/technical colleges by ensuring that all automotive and diesel programs have the opportunity to earn ASE program accreditation. ASE and NC3 will work together to promote certification standards and advance instructor professional development and training.

The "Introduction to Automobile Service" program is designed to introduce entry-level automotive service tasks to entry-level personnel.
