Arrests made after police car rammed by stolen vehicle in Auckland

Two people have been arrested in Auckland after a police car was rammed earlier today.
Emergency service were called at about 11.15am to reports of a stolen vehicle travelling through Greenlane.
The vehicle failed to stop, ramming a police car before fleeing the scene.
No injuries were reported.
Police said the vehicle drove at excessive speeds and on the wrong side of the road, while being tracked by cameras and the Eagle helicopter.
The vehicle was spiked in Manurewa, before the occupants fled on foot, trying to car-jack another vehicle in the process.
Both occupants were arrested, and police have said enquiries are ongoing.
