The famous technology company promised its users the launch of a newly developed version of its intelligent personal assistant, AI Siri, offering an easier way to make calls, send texts, use apps, and accomplish tasks with just voice.
According to sources, Apple planned to release the new AI Siri assistant in April 2025. However, the company is facing multiple bugs and engineering issues that could delay the launch until May or later.

Notably, this new project is supported by Apple Intelligence, an artificial intelligence (AI) system developed by Apple Inc. that relies on a combination of on-device and server processing. As the company works to enhance its AI capabilities, the new Siri will feature a range of tasks and updates to support these AI technologies.
Apple aims to compete strongly this year with major competitors, including Samsung, Google, OpenAI, and Amazon.
It is worth mentioning that the company previously stated that the new artificial intelligence (AI) Siri will feature the ability to better answer queries, assist customers, control applications on devices, and understand what is displayed on devices' screens to assist users accordingly with their requests.
Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, stated during a recent conference: “Apple Intelligence opens up an exciting new frontier and is already elevating experiences across iPhone, iPad and Mac.”
