AHMEDABAD: After a day of light showers and a dust storm, the minimum and maximum temperatures dropped in the city. Compared to 41 degrees celsius on Sunday, the maximum temperature on Monday was 39.5 degrees celsius.
Likewise, compared to 30 degrees celsius on Sunday, the minimum temperature was 26.8 degrees celsius on Monday. While the maximum temperature was 2.4 degrees lower than normal, the minimum temperature was 1.4 degrees lower than normal.Relative humidity (RH) was 62% at 8.30am and 48% at 5.30pm. The city may experience light to moderate rainfall with winds of about 50-60kmph on Tuesday. The forecast indicated chances of thunderstorms on Tuesday in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Kheda, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, all districts of south Gujarat, and Saurashtra-Kutch.
