WASHINGTON, DC - Afriforum says its visit to the United States is in South Africa's interest.
Its aim to prevent the country from becoming the next Zimbabwe.
The lobby group met US representatives to discuss national affairs.
These include concerns related to the new Expropriation Act and BELA Act.
This has drawn criticism from some South African sectors.
Afriforum CEO Kallie Kriel says President Cyril Ramaphosa has been ignoring their concerns.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has criticised AfriForum and Solidarity, for discussing South African problems with the Trump administration.
Ramaphosa says the country can solve its own problems.
Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni was clear in encouraging those who want to leave South Africa to accept the invitation from US President Donald Trump.
