It’s the moment 90 Day Fiancé fans have been waiting for, as accused wife of “cheating” on him and “having a boyfriend” on 90 Day: The Last Resort.

Jasmine, 38, explained in a confessional how she talked to the therapist about how to make an open marriage work and how she felt she needed to bring it up to Gino, 56. The reality star said time was of the essence since it was “kind of our last chance to figure it out before the recommitment ceremony,” in episode 14 that aired on Monday, March 3.

When the two finally sat down to talk, Jasmine explained to Gino, “These are our options. One option would be you are intimate with me during the time we’re here at the resort, or you and I sit and come to an agreement in the parameters of our own open marriage for you and me.”

“I was pretty clear about open marriage and that’s not me,” Gino responded. “It’s not all about you getting what you want. I am not going to do an open relationship situation. This was not my dream when I got married.”

Jasmine told Gino he was “so closed” in his thoughts, saying, “You’re not even letting me explain to you the dynamic.”

When Gino asked Jasmine if she had “someone in mind” whom she wanted to have an open relationship with, she replied with a definite “yes.”

When he asked it if was her friend from the gym, Jasmine confirmed that it was, referring to .

“So, you have a boyfriend and you’re cheating,” Gino told Jasmine. Even though she denied having a boyfriend, he pointed out “that’s cheating. And I don’t want a cheater in my life, so we’re not going to work out.”

In a moment of high drama, Gino told Jasmine to “go enjoy your life,” and she walked away.

“What the hell’s going on here? What that makes me think is she must have had an emotional connection prior to coming to therapy with this guy behind my back,” an upset Gino proclaimed in a confessional.

“I don’t know anything about it … Maybe we should be getting a divorce, and you go hang out with him all you want,” he added to the producers.

Viewers last saw Jasmine telling about her conversation with Gino, as Julia, 31, headed back into the bar to find him.

So much has happened in the Panama native’s life since her dramatic fight with Gino was filmed during 90 Day: The Last Resort.

Sources confirmed to In Touch on January 7 that Jasmine is expecting baby No. 3 and Gino is not the father. The former English teacher confirmed her pregnancy in a February 18 Instagram video.

“Hi everyone, I have very special news for you!” Jasmine joyfully said as she cradled her growing baby bump. “Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”

In a set of maternity glamour photos the TLC star shared, one included her cuddling up to Matt, 37, along with their dog.

The official 90 Day Fiancé Instagram account confirmed Matt was the father by writing in the caption, “Baby on the way! 90 Day Fiancé’s Jasmine confirms she’s expecting with Matt, who she recently introduced on Last Resort.”

The pair have been open about their romance ever since. Jasmine shared photos of herself posing on a couch in a blue crop top and tiny white underwear with her bare baby bump on display. “Gorgeous mami,” Matt wrote in the comment section along with a flame emoji on the February 27 Instagram post.

Jasmine loved the compliment, replying, “Thank you daddy.”

This will be Jasmine and Matt’s first child together. She is also a mom to sons JC and Juance from a previous relationship.

Gino and Jasmine were first introduced to TLC viewers in 2021 during season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. After documenting the days leading up to their June 2023 wedding on season 10 of 90 Day Fiancé, the pair continued to share their marital struggles on the franchise, with the couples’ retreat spinoff 90 Day: The Last Resort being their latest appearance.

Jasmine introduced the idea of an open marriage as a remedy to her “sexless” relationship with Gino. Although the Michigan native was adamantly against the idea, Jasmine introduced Matt to viewers for the first time during episode 12, which aired on February 17. She told her Last Resort castmates that Matt could be the potential third person in an open marriage with Gino.

While neither Gino nor Jasmine has filed for divorce, Jasmine seemingly hinted that she got her wish for an open marriage with Gino and Matt by sharing a fan page on Instagram called “@jasmine.gino.matt” and asking fans to follow it on the same day she announced her pregnancy. She added in the caption, “#polyamorous.”
