Zara Reveals Spring/Summer 2025 Line With Kate Moss and Bobby Gillespie

Kate Moss has released her second collaboration with Zara for the Spring/Summer 2025 season, working again with stylist Katy England and introducing a new menswear line by musician Bobby Gillespie.

The collection follows the success of Moss’s Autumn/Winter debut with the brand. England, Moss’s long-time creative collaborator, returns for this installment. Gillespie, frontman of the band Primal Scream and husband of England, makes his debut as a fashion collaborator through the new menswear designs.

Moss and England revisited vintage pieces from Moss’s wardrobe as the foundation of the collection. “Nothing matches the feeling of finding a one-off piece,” says Kate. “Just wow. The piece that only you own.” Many of the pieces are reinterpretations of items Moss collected from vintage stores across the U.S. and luxury boutiques in Paris and Milan.

The Spring/Summer capsule will be distributed across more than 120 Zara locations globally. Pieces include a fringed bikini intended for festivals, a distressed leather bra, redesigned Go-go boots based on a personal find, and a cream silk suit aimed at capturing a rock-inspired bridal aesthetic. According to the brand, the designs combine masculine and feminine references with a focus on ease and statement-making impact.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Moss noted the evolving creative process. “It was such an evolved process this time,” she said. “Because it’s Spring/Summer and festival season, I suppose, I expected it to be more about wafty dresses. But it’s a bit tougher than that. That’s because all the masculine energy was coming in from Bobby doing his collection at the same time. You could feel it coming over and we ended up going somewhere quite unexpected that I didn’t think we would.”

The addition of Gillespie’s contributions influenced the final tone of the collection. “When I saw Bobby’s [Gillespie] designs, I really wanted so much of it that we decided to mix and match. It’s Bobby and Kate for Zara.”

Gillespie added: “These are things you can’t get anywhere else. Getting great tailoring like this that is accessible is important. Everyone deserves good clothes.”

The campaign for the collection was shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. “It had to be them,” said Moss.
