Why Nico Harrison and Anthony Davis were spotted at the LA Lakers practice facility, 'quite a scene'
The NBA Draft Lottery took place earlier in May, and this signalled the beginning of ‘Draft season’, shortly followed by the Combine.
Another notable event took place when Klutch Sports held a pro day for their clients, and it was held at the UCLA Health Training Center, the LA Lakers practice facility.
There were two very notable guests making an appearance, former LA Lakers star Anthony Davis, and Dallas Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison.

Draft expert Jonathan Givony relayed videos of the event, writing: “Quite a scene at the Klutch pro day in LA where executives, coaches and luminaries from around the NBA gathered to see Khaman Maluach, Walter Clayton, Hansen Yang and more.”
Anthony Davis was pictured wearing a Dallas Mavericks cap, leaving no illusions where his loyalty lay, during his second visit to LA since the trade.
Davis’ first return to LA came when he was sidelined with injury when the Lakers beat the Mavericks 107-99 at the end of February.

Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison was in attendance, with head coach Jason Kidd present too, along with player Dereck Lively.
The Dallas Mavericks have the number one pick in the NBA Draft after unexpectedly winning the NBA Draft Lottery, despite having odds of just 1.8 percent.
This means the team have the chance to draft rookie sensation Cooper Flagg, and this is the path they are expected to take.
Former players and fans have speculated over whether the Mavericks could trade the pick away, to attempt to acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo or even Kevin Durant.
Their visit to the Klutch pro day to assess other players could indicate some lateral thinking on their part, exploring options, doing research, or simply a favor to Klutch, who represent Anthony Davis.
Or perhaps it is all a ruse to keep everybody guessing.
But with Nico Harrison accompanied by Kidd, Lively and Davis, there was little danger of him being cornered by Rob Pelinka to discuss a trade this time, with the Mavericks not letting him visit LA unsupervised, intentionally or not.
